Ballet Fit is a complete body workout.

It's a fun, fast paced and dynamic class, designed to challenge and change your body shape.

Ballet fit blends Pilates, dance, cardio and strength. Challenging arms, legs and core to strengthen and lengthen the body, using choreographed movement patterns and a ballet barre.

Each class takes you through a high powered 60 minute sequence to music, keeping you motivated and energised.
